PART 2 .... As we have pointed out in our previous ARTICLE, JASON STEPHENS wants to SNEAK through House Bill 683..after the (S)ELECTIONS in Ohio... which would AMEND Section 309.10 and REPEAL SECTION 309.16 of the ORC to eliminate the requirement that the COUNTY PROSECUTOR annually report all CASE Resolutions to the BOARD of County Commissioners and ALL FIRE-RELATED CASE Resolutions to the STATE FIRE MARSHAL.  Who would this benefit ???  ALL the Crooked Prosecutors and the OHIO BAR ASSOCIATION. A great majority of the OHIO Prosecutors don't follow the State Law enacted in 1980 and would be subject to major FINES and possible prosecution. It would also protect the "GO ALONG to GET ALONG' County Commissioners that DID NOT do their required LEGAL OBLIGATION to check what the Prosecutors are doing with their Cases, the DRUGS and the MONIES...We already KNOW.......THE PROSECUTORS ARE STEALING the DRUGS and MONIES and creating fictitious CASES against their perceived enemies like whistleblowers and truth tellers. Erie County Prosecutor-KEVIN J BAXTER and Ottawa County Prosecutor-JAMES VANEERTEN have both consistently violated ORC 309.16 and basically gave the COUNTY COMMISSIONS the finger. And the COMMISSIONERS have DONE NOTHING but Cover KJB and Jimmy V.'s ASS. The Erie County Commissioners: Patrick Shenigo, Matt Olds and Stephen Shoffner have given Kevin J Baxter anything and everything he has requested and or asked for.   Why aren't they demanding KJB follow the rules ???  For answers call them at 419-627-7672.  ALSO KJB left my name, Edward J. LOTS of MONEY from the Insurance companies,   Don't want to file anything about those little things with the STATE FIRE MARSHAL....Ottawa County Commissioners: Donald A. Douglas, Mark E.
