OHIO State Representative JASON STEPHENS from DISTRICT 93 sponsored House Bill 683.  This Bill protects the crooked Ohio County Prosecutors and makes them unaccountable to the LOCAL COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, the TAXPAYERS and the CITIZENS of OHIO.  They are already protected by the OHIO British Accredited Registrars (BAR) and all the ELECTED OFFICIALS. The ACTUAL H.B. STATES: "To AMEND SECTION 309.10 and REPEAL SECTION 309.16 of the OHIO REVISED CODE to eliminate the requirement that COUNTY PROSECUTOR annually report all CASE RESOLUTIONS to the Board of County Commissioners and ALL FIRE-RELATED CASE RESOLUTIONS to the STATE FIRE MARSHAL."  IF PASSED it would be a TOTAL DISASTER for the LOCAL COUNTY COMMUNITIES. The County Prsoecutors have no CHECKS and BALANCES on them now except for 309.16.  CALL YOUR State Representatives and STOP this H.B. from moving forward.  Why would JASON STEPHENS want to protect all these crooked and corrupt County Prosecutors like Erie Co. Prosecutor, Kevin J BAXTER, aka Coke-Head KEVIN and Ottawa County Prosecutor James Vaneerten. Our Staff believes this Bill came about because Krista Harris, before her Mothers and Fathers untimely deaths, was gathering evidence on the" NON-COMPIANCE of O.R.C. Section 309.16" by KJB and other prosecutors to the LOCAL County Commissioners.  Charles Tingler filed Complaints against Erie Co. Prosecutor KEVIN J BAXTER and Ottawa Co. Prosecutor JAMES VANEERTEN months ago.  In retaliation... James Vaneerten filed against  CHARLES TINGLER, in the ERIE County Common Pleas Court, claiming he was a VEXATIOUS LITIGATOR.  And, of course, Judge Tygh TONE agreed and ruled in JAMES VANEERTEN'S favor....STOPPING Charles from causing any more problems for these CRIMINALS in OFFICE.  In fact, James Vaneerten wrote a scathing letter to the Ottawa Co. Commissioners STATING " Again, with respect to Section 309.15 (A) ...{ he intentionally cited the wrong Section - Should be 309.16 }...nothing would be gained by working countless hours to provide information in another format that is already available in readily accessable public detabases. KEVIN J. BAXTER and JAMES VANEERTEN have never filed "CERTIFIED STATEMENTS" with their personal signatures on the bottom as required by OHIO STATE LAW. By the way, the Erie County Prosecutor, KEVIN J. BAXTER failed to list my case ....Edward Jay Baxter and Krista Harris's Case ....on any YEAR END CERTIFIED STATEMENTS.  Why would that be ??? Because it was all a FRAUD.  There were no cases.  Void from the beginning.
