The Erie County (Ohio) County Commissioners - PAT SHENIGO, MATT OLD and STEPHEN SHOFFNER - along with the Erie County Administrator - HANK S. SOLOWIEJ have acknowledged that they have received the Complaint/information filed by Charles L. Tingler and they are ATTEMPTING to give the Erie County Prosecutor, Kevin J Baxter aka Coke-Head KEVIN, PROTECTIVE COVER for his criminal actions against the Citizens and Taxpayers of Erie County and OHIO. The-exposer.com's investigator Ms. Harris has been talking with Administrator Hank Solowiej concerning Kevin J Baxter's NOT being in COMPLIANCE with Ohio Revised Code 309.16 from 1988 thru 2022...We figure KJB owes the Taxpayers, at least,  $17,500.00 dollars in Fines and should be Arrested. Krista asked HANK about the situation and he told her that he had spoken to KJB and advised him to Re-File the past 5 years with the Corrections Necessary.....Wink Wink Nudge Nudge....Get rid of these people.... Apparently the 3 County Commissioners came up with this solution.  Non Lawyers advising their so-called Legal Counsel.  They are telling him to BACK DATE RECORDS, FABRICATE EVIDENCE, etc and we'll take care of it ???  This is CRIMINAL CORRUPTION at it's finest..  Here we got the three County Commissioners and the Administrator involved in MAJOR CRIMINAL CRIMES... Cover-Up, Obstruction of Justice, Destruction of Evidence or False Statements can land these people in HOT WATER regardless of the Substance of the governments underlying allegations.
