We have another SEXUAL PERVERT working for the OHIO JUVENILE COURT SYSTEM.. (MUSKINGUM COUNTY, OHIO). Let the RECORD show: that a member, in GREAT standing with the OHIO B.A.R. Association has some daddy/daughter issues with one of his CLIENTS. Attorney and sexual pervert ANDREW EDWARD RUSS - attorney reg. # 0074974 -  apparently was appointed to a case by the JUVENILE COURT to represent a young girl they list as C. L. (victim).  Please check out this Court Case in the Supreme Court of Ohio - Public Docket -Case No. 2022-1512. Andrew Edward Russ aka Andy-Dandy Russ was appointed to represent a young girl because the Muskingum County Juvenile Court was threatening to take her baby away from her for some form of abuse.  Andy-Dandy was so turned on by this fine young girl (his client) in trouble with the courts that he started hitting on her. Andy-Dandy probably promised her he would get her child back and get her off ...after she got him off !! If you know what I mean. She was so disgusted by his advances that she told her biological father and reported the Sexual Pervert to the Authorities. They did a little investigation and the court charged Andy-Dandy - Count 1 - sending SEXUALLY SOLICITOUS TEXTS to C.L.  She was a young mother facing a posiblility of losing custody of her child testing positive for the presence of fentanyl at birth. So Andy-Dandy thought this would be a good time to pull a Kevin J Baxter (Erie County Prosecutor, Ohio) on her. After all, KJB, raped women and NO ONE CARED. The court found that RUSS did NOT have a consensual sexual relationship (because she turned him down) with C.L. prior to the formation of the Attorney-Client Relationship. After his appointment, PERVERT Andy-Dandy began communicating with C.L. (victim) through TEXT MESSAGE, and at tmes in-person, expressly soliciting a SEXUAL RELATIONSHIP with C.L. as dipicted in the numerous references:  "I'm interested in a Relationship with you."  "I WANT YOU"  "I think we have that DADDY/ DAUGHTER dynamic going on"  "As far as (sic) as time with you I can spend (sic) considerable time not a problem with us dating/ spending time and I'm sexually attracted to you" " I want you to be my women and I want your P- - SY little girl"   "BTW you have a nice body can't wait to get my hands all over you."  "Show me a little of what's MINE"   " Let me be your BF"   "I have a confession: I have always wanted a young GF about the same age as my daughter where we have a DADDY/DAUGHTER DYNAMIC in and out of the bedroom."  "I kinda like the idea of treating you lovingly like a girlfriend/daughter and that is a big turn on SEXUALLY"   C.L. told her biological father who was helping her in the case.. She said " My attorney is a CREEP .... I'm STUCK with him....WTF.   During a home visit by the assigned ad litem (GAL) to C.L. also told the GAL about the inappropriate sexual solicitations she received by text message from PERVERT ANDY ...GAL filed a grievance .... Of course, like KJB, Tim Braun, Kevin Rings, et al RUSS denied the allegations ... I did not send sexually inappropriate text messages as Mr. Wagner alleged.... HE wrote an answer you must read in the CASE ...Look it up. Well they had a panel of 3 people, a witness in the case and at the end of the day they came up with this decision/recommendation to the OHIO SUPREME COURT.... Andy Russ got a suspension of 2 years BUT have one year of his suspension stayed, be required to fulfill an LAP contract, and have restrictred court assigned representation of FEMALE Clients until medically adjudged by a medical professional that he is capable of doing so ethically.......RICHARD A. DOVE, DIRECTOR.  ANDY-DANDY got  NOTHING but a one year Suspension and the 4 Women and 3 Men on the supreme court will go along to get along with the B.A.R. Association......SEXUAL ASSAULT ON WOMEN AND CHILDREN IS LEGAL IN OHIO BECAUSE 4 WOMEN and 3 MEN say so......and what are you going to do about it !!   ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
