Tingler) would like to FILE a Police Report against Prosecutor Michael O'Malley for the CRIME of THEFT in Office and MONEY LAUNDERING.  {that's what Erie County Prosecutor Kevin J Baxter is doing in Erie County, Ohio...And that's why Kevin Baxter was appointed to protect Michael O' Malley's crooked brother in Parma, Ohio .... Check past reports}  The Cuyahoga County Prosecutors Office collected over 15 million dollars in restitution, but NEVER remiited any of the FUNDS to the CRIME VICTIMS listed on COURT ORDERS. Instead a dispersement ledger confirm the Prosecutors Office utilized funds collected in mortgage fraud cases to pay for Airline Tickets, Hotel Rooms (what were they doing in the rooms?) Laptop computers, and made payments to current Senior Assistant OHIO Attorney General DANIEL KASARIS, listed as "KasDan" on the ledger. ( DANNY BOY KASARIS worked for Coke-Head Kevin J Baxter when he first started out on his life of Crime). At the same time restitution was being diverted from CRIME VICTIMS, the Cuyahoga County Land Bank obtained millions of dollars in real estate, often without any Court Orders or written agreements from former property owners following demands by the County Prosecutor that individuals surrender REAL ESTATE to the LAND BANK in order to have Criminal Cases DISMISSED. (EXTORTION, BLACK MAIL, ETC.). For over a decade the Prosecutors Office and the County Land Bank worked together to Secure Federal Grants to fund a multi Unconstitutional Mortgage Fraud Task Force, Bureau of Justice Assistance Grant # 2009-sc-B9-0080.
