On JANUARY 3rd, 2023 the Ohio Senate, the Ohio House and the Ohio Governor passed and signed into LAW Senate Bill 16. Ohio Senate Bill 16 was sponsored by Republican TIM SCHAFFER which "Eliminates requirements that COUNTY PROSECUTORS REPORT CASE RESOLUTIONS to the COUNTY COMMISSIONERS and the STATE FIRE MARSHAL".  NOTICE that the Criminals in Office and Ohio BAR association did NOT eliminate anything for the COUNTY SHERIFF'S --  The Lawyers, Prosecutors and Judges consider Sheriffs, Police Chiefs and their personel to be useful idiots for the purpose of protecting them against YOU - the public. Observe who's protecting all the COURT HOUSES, FEDERAL BUILDINGS and Gov't Properties in your state. The Boyz/Girlz in Blue.... so to speak.  They actually laugh at these people, behind their backs, then throw them under the Bridge, Bus, Train ( what ever is closest and available) when the MATRIX is caught in Criminal Activities. WHY did they get rid of the Ohio Revised Code 309.16, which was enacted in 1980 ??  Because the OHIO COUNTY PROSECUTOR"S and COMMISSIONERS would ALL be in PRISON.. THAT'S WHY !!  By eliminating the crooked COUNTY PROSECUTORS from having to FILE CERTIFIED ANNUAL REPORTS to the Local COUNTY COMMISSIONERS also ELIMINATES ACCOUNTABILITY for all these elected officials...As we have stated before, The LEGAL INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX is involved in bringing in all the ILLEGAL DRUGS/SEX TRADE/ETC. into OHIO and make LOTS of MONEY on both ends.  They bust their own Employees aka MULES with the Illegal drugs and confiscate their drugs, monies and property.....NOW the Prosecutors, Judges, etc have even LESS CHANCE of getting caught POCKETING what's CONFISCATED by their USEFUL IDIOTS.  REMEMBER, Governor Mike DeWine started out as a PROSECUTOR, was the OHIO Attorney General and is still a proud member of the British Accredited Registrar along with several members of his Family. ( We wrote all about this corrupt family in Previous Blogs) That's why Mike DeWine signed Senate Bill 16 into law on January 3rd, 2023.  FACE IT PEOPLE...You have been reamed, steamed and dry cleaned again because you did nothing.
