After over 28 years in PRISON, DeWitt McDonald Jr. was denied parole in OHIO while the other two (2) persons involved - SHAWN CASTON and DARYL TURNER - in the drive by shooting are/were free.  Shawn Caston (supposedly) admitted pulling the trigger on the gun but was released a long time ago.  The story coming from the Erie County Prosecutors Office -KEVIN J BAXTER- was that SHAWN CASTON cut a deal with --- what we know as the "real criminals" in the Erie County--- the Prosecutors Office. But there seems t be a little hangup on this story....Charles L. TINGLER filed with several Erie County Offices trying to substantiate their claim but they won't let CHARLES see the so-called documents to either SHAWN CASTON's or DARYL TURNER's cases. They claim that they don't show anything before 2000.  ONE PROBLEM...everything is shown and available on the DeWitt McDonald's Case.  As soon as we receive this information it will be posted for your view.  In the Vivian Johnson Murder Case, Krista Harris was the key witness.  At first, she gave DeWitt an alibi by saying she was with him at the time of the shooting --Her testimony was done in front of a GRAND JURY. But then Kevin J Baxter who didn't like what she was saying threatened this 21 year old Black Girl with being charged with being an accomplice to the MURDER.  So COKE-HEAD KEVIN sicked the detectives on her and badgered KRISTA into submission.  Remember, Kevin J Baxter was diagnosed as a PSYCHOPATHIC LIAR by an individual in the Erie County Court System- Chris Perrin. Who died 5 years ago at the age of 65 years old. Krista testified to what KJB ordered her to say... while also forcing KRISTA HARRIS into a NON-CONSENSUAL SEXUAL AFFAIR.....aka RAPE of a WITNESS. Her affidavit is located on this blog under THE GALLERY of EVIDENCE. This affidavit was filed in 2001 explaining how the whole McDonald Court Case was rigged from the very beginning. When KRISTA HARRIS stopped "OBEYING" the sexual predator Kevin J Baxter he falsely accused her of stealing from her Aunt's Estate. Judge Tygh Tone stated, for the record, that this was - at best - a Civil Matter. Well, Psychopath and Sexual PERVERT Kevin J Baxter rigged the Court Cases against her and threw KRISTA HARRIS in PRISON for over 5 years. When I, Ejay Baxter, was speaking to the Investigators about her recanting her testimony in the McDonald Murder Case ....".they told me that she was a LYING BITCH and you can't believe anything she says"  My answer to them was ...Then why is DeWitt McDonald still in Prison ??? After the Original Trial Kevin Baxter and the SR newspaper stated that they could have NEVER convicted DeWitt McDonald with out Krista's testimony.  Magistrate Judge Vernelis K. Armstrong issued a report that the possible relationship between Kevin J Baxter and Krista Harris  of Sandusky, Ohio could have altered Krista's Testimony. Failure to disclose that relationship rendered the underlying trial fundamentally UNFAIR-  ARMSTRONG Report said...HARRIS is the only Evidence linking McDonald to the CRIME...this would have affected the JUDGEMENT of the JURY....WE HAVE PROOF of KEVIN J BAXTER'S FORCED SEXUAL AFFAIR with KRISTA HARRIS...We have proof that both KEVIN J BAXTER and JUDGE ANN MASCHARI were cocaine users/dealers.
