The Erie County (Ohio) Prosecutor, KEVIN J. BAXTER, Illegally started a private corporation with the purpose of defrauding the TAXPAYERS out of a minimum of $ 1.2 million dollars. YES , we wrote about this before in the GALLERY OF EVIDENCE and showed you the big picture concerning the ISLAND EXPRESS BOAT LINES and the CRIMINALS involved in this ILLEGAL ENTERPRISE but we are now going to show you the break down on HOW coke-head Kevin Baxter did it. WE HAVE these DOCUMENTS (below) given to us through the dillegent work of CHARLES TINGLER.  First, we would like you to know who the MAJOR PLAYERS were in assisting KJB in STEALING monies ($199,424.22) from the Sandusky Schools, Municipality and Erie County, Ohio. The private corporation - The Island Express, LLC - aka The Rocket was delinquent in their PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES for years.  They NEVER PAID them. But Kevin Baxter, Dane Ohly, Bret Kinzel, Martin, and the other Owners could not accomplice this GRAND THEFT on the Taxpayers without the HELP of crooked Insiders. The Erie County Commissioners Tom Ferrell, William Monaghan (KJB's brother in law) and Pat Shenigo were very involved with the theft but had their Administrator Michael Bixler represent them at the BOARD of REVISION Hearing(s). The Board of Revision is made up of the Erie Co. Treasurer, Auditor and Prosecutor (Kevin J. Baxter). So KJB recused himself and had the Geauga County Prosecutor -David P. Joyce- appointed one of his assistants to the case and her name is Bridey Matheney. Remember, they always use women and minorities to do the DIRTY DEEDS. Assistant Prosecutor, Bridey Matheney oversaw The County Commissioner Representative, Michael Bixler,  Erie County Treasurer JoDee Fantozz and Erie County Auditor, Tom Paul all voted to DEEM the personal property taxes UNCOLLECTABLE and directed the Auditor Tom Paul to Remove the Taxes.  Bixler voted- Aye, Fantozz voted Aye and Paul Abstained.  Tom Paul was going to vote no but Bridey Matheney made it clear in the memos (below) that if he did -A mandamus Action would be brought compelling him to do his job. It's called Extortion in Legal Terms.
