We have written extensively concerning the OHIO REVISED CODE - SECTION 309.16 requiring all COUNTY PROSECUTORS in the State of Ohio to submit an extensive ANNUAL REPORT to the BOARD of County Commissioners and Transmission of Information to the STATE FIRE MARSHAL. This LAW was Effective starting July 31, 1980. Our Investigative reporter, Krista Harris, discovered this little gem several years ago but was Caring for her Parents at the time and was unable to bring it to light until this year.  This information was shared with Charles Tingler and he decided to contact and file a request to the County Commissioners and the Prosecutors in Ottawa and Erie Counties for copies of the Annual Reports. Well Ottawa County Prosecutor, James VanEerten, filed a scathing letter to the Ottawa Commissioners saying he does not have time for this silly law. The Erie County Prosecutor, Kevin J Baxter, did not file annual reports in the manner required by this silly law. He also has NO REPORTS FILED between 1988- 2002. That happens to be when KJB was going after Me -EJAY, Krista and other whistleblowers... Little things like monies, drugs, prominent people, etc were also missing. Then Charles Tingler contacted the Commissioners in both Counties (Ottawa & Erie) to do something about these two crooked and corrupt Prosecutors nicknamed Coke-Head Kevin and Jimmy V.   No response from the overseers of your monies. In Erie County Mr. Tingler then contacted Erie Co. Sheriff, Paul Sigsworth, Sandusky Police Chief, Jared Oliver, and the temporary Perkins Police Chief - requesting them to file Police Reports or Conduct Criminal Investigations on Kevin J Baxter. Sheriff Paul Sigsworth sent Tingler an email stating "I am receipt of your below request. I have forwarded it to Erie Co. Assistant Prosecutor GREY GROSS for his review and counsel." 12/13/2022.  Paul Sigsworth sent it to Kevin J Baxter's employee for a response. Charles Tingler did likewise in Ottawa County and got similar responses. Krista Harris spoke to the Erie County Administrator, HANK S. SOLOWIEJ - CPA, and he relayed to our reporter that the Erie County Commissioners through HANK asked KJB to resummit the last 5 years ....You know, A DO OVER for Coke Head Kevin !! That's called Collusion, that's called a felony and that is enough to bring in the FEDS. Like We Told you YEARS AGO. They are all in on it...together with you funding it.  CHARLES L. TINGLER got No Where fast locally and filed numerous Complaints for a Writ of Mandamus including all the evidence needed in the SUPREME COURT of OHIO. Look under the Ohio Supreme Court Dockets either under Charles L. Tingler or look for Case # 2022 - 1525. These Complaints are against the Erie County Commissioners, the Erie County Prosecutor, the Erie County Sheriff, Sandusky and Perkins Police Chiefs. And the same was done for Ottawa County, and other CRIMINALS in OHIO. Please look them up and read HOW these so called PUBLIC SERVANTS are SCREWING YOU.  We have 4 Women and 3 Men (one being Mike DeWine's son) on the OHIO SUPREME COURT until January 7th, 2023. I am close to 75 years old and all of my adult life I was told that if WOMEN were in CHARGE things would be different/better. Well, we have had 4 women, one of them the Chief Justice, running things and it hasn't gotten better.  It has gotten worse. The LEGAL INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX is worse today than ever before.

These four women have protected widespread corruption. They have protected Sexual Predators in their own Profession (like Kevin J Baxter) The Drug, Sex, Pedophile, Weapon TRAFFICKING is going right thru OHIO and nothing has been done. The Women Justices: Chief Justice Maureen O'Connor, Justice Sharon L. Kennedy, Justice Judith L. French, and Justice Mary DeGenaro could have addressed all these problems without a single MALE VOTE and did nothing.  LOOK at Ohio Revised Code 4705.02 and you will see that the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, or Court of Common Pleas may suspend or remove any ATTORNEY at Law from Office Public and or Private.  Why is Kevin J Baxter not in PRISON ..for his HIGH CRIMES ..
