I, Ejay, was in the Democratic Party for years in the 1970's. I was the Treasurer in that Party for two (2) Years in Erie County and worked on at least five (5) major Democratic Campaigns in Ohio. I ran as a Democrat for Auditor in the late 1970's. Worked for 3 Democrats when I was Controller for the Erie County Commissioners.
