He got 3 years.  A 5 year old girl was raped by a 25 year old man by the name of Joseph A Gwynn and he gave her VD. HE WALKED. The Judge was Joseph Cirigliano, the Prosecutor from Kevin Baxter's Office was Jim Conway and the defense Attorney was Jack Bradley who happen to be Partners with Joe Cirigliano in REAL ESTATE L.L.C. Assistant Prosecutor Jim Conway was rewarded by becoming The Common Pleas Court Judge for Huron County.. There is much more but this also goes to the Top.
