All this came out in a Research Paper # 2019 at the AMERICAN UNIVERSITY, Washington College of Law entitled "A DEADLY PAIR: Conflict of Interest Between Death Investigators (Coroners & Staff) and Prosecutors" by IRA P. ROBBINS. Death Investigators attempt to deciphur the circumstances surrounding suspicious and unexplained deaths to provide solace to family members and information to law enforcement services to help them determine whether further investigate steps are necessary. But while the answers provided by death investigators may provide some direction, in many ways The Death Investigational System actually --- INHIBITS the PURSUIT of JUSTICE. The Current Death Investigation System creates Conflicts of Interest between death investigators and prosecutors. Death Investigators and Prosecutors are often organized under the same governmental structure or even within the same Offices. This close association between the two (2) systems results in patterns of relationships that Disadvantage Defense Teams and prevent equal access to death investigation resources. (Intentionally Rigged by the Prosecutors- they control all the evidence)..... NOW to THE GOOD PART: all the so-called Suicides/strange deaths in Ohio. Charles L. JONATHAN K. MILLER - past Wyandot County Prosecutor - Back in 2014 .....when you read the Autopsy you will find that the conclusion does not match the evidence. We will be posting the AUTOPSY soon.....The Summary of what happened: Mr. Miller had some serious Health Issues - after a short time in the Hospital he was released and sent home. Miller was depressed after the Hospital ordeal and informed his wife and others of his situation. Jonathan Miller disappeared from home one night and the authorities found him the next morning DEAD in his 1997 Chevy Pickup Truck located at the Upper Sandusky Reservoir. Miller was sitting/laying on the passanger side, of the vehicle, with the seat reclined. He had ligature around his neck which was tied to the grab handle above. His feet were tied to the bottom seat frame. His wrists were tied together and on his lap. He supposedly strangled himself. The car was locked on the passanger side and unlocked on the drivers side. When the Police arrived the Truck was still running.
Just three (3) weeks prior to the suspicious death of MILLER, former Richland County Prosecutor, JAMES MAYER, JR.was also killed in his home. The Police and the Prosecutors Office both claimed that MAYER shot himself after a Police Officer arrived .....However, there was NEVER a gun retrieved from James Miller with his finger prints on it. The Richland County Coroner refused to conduct an AUTOPSY on Mayer ---- presumably because the evidence would show that he may have been MURDERED. Who benefited by these sudden, suspicious deaths ???? Douglas Rowland who is now the Wyandot Co. Prosecutor and Bambi Couch-Page who took over for as Richland Co. Prosecutor and is now an Assistant Prosecutor in Huron County, Ohio. They never go away... Charles Tingler believes that these to Suicides/Murders are connected in some way and our staff tends to agree.
Remember, Erie Co. Prosecutor, Kevin J Baxter was brought into Richland County by James Mayer to Fix/Rig an investigation and fake court case. The Richard County Sheriff Steve Sheldon smelled a RAT (KJB) and exposed (him) it to the Ohio Supreme Court, the Ohio Ethics Committe and Ohio Disciplinary Counsel. Of course, they covered up for the RAT and the TAXPAYERS got screwed - again!!

Erie County. She was in the process of exposing the drug trafficking and law enforcement's involvement. Debbie Pribanic died at 61 years old after she exposed Kevin J Baxter's involvement in cocaine and weapon trafficking from Florida to Ohio. We are now looking into the John Arowood (49 years old) and Past Perkins Police Chief Vince Donald (48 years old). Perkins Township Police Department does not have a good record. Perkins Police Chief HEIBERLIEN died in his late forties/early fifties of a massive heart attack and KJB's Office and FBI found large amounts of Cocaine and Monies in his office. It disappeared according to KJB...wink wink nudge nudge. Next..... Perkins Police Chief Tim McClung in 2011 goes to prison for doing the exact same things Erie Co. Prosecutor KJB did .... selling guns and stealing money...
Erie County Prosecutor, KJB, 3 best friends in high school and college days were Dan Schmitt, Bob Schmitt and Rick Gollegos...All dead 2 SUICIDES.
