Justice Scalia went on a sporting trip with friends at the Cibolo Creek Ranch in Texas. After dinner he went to his room and retired for the night. The next morning he didn't come to breakfast and by early afternoon some of the other guests were concerned. So the manager went to the Room and discovered SCALIA was in bed with a PILLOW over his head. His BREATHING APPARATUS had been switched off, and his head was elevated with three pillows. The two JUSTICES of the PEACE that handled the death scenes were out of town and couldn't be reached. So another Justice of the Peace from another county took the case.
