When the Sandusky Register was sued by the Erie County Prosecutor, Kevin J Baxter for writing the factual ARTICLE entitled BAXTER NEEDS INTEGRITY PROBE, Editor Matt Westerhold and his Legal Counsel -DAVE MARBURGER- (Baker & Hostetler) called me- Ejay Baxter.  Why did they call me ??? Because they wanted to WIN !  They called me on a Saturday and wanted information concerning COKE-HEAD Kevin J. Baxter... I spoke with these people for more than an hour and they wanted me to FAX them all the information on KJB's Criminal Activities while in Office...I had to drive over an hour and a half to find a place where I could get the information, they needed, to their Cleveland, Ohio Office...They thanked me and said that they would reimburse me for my expenses and time - JUST SEND US A BILL and we will send you the money....WELL, I DID and of course THEY DIDN'T....Lied and screwed me out of money and time.  WHY DO I hate the LEGAL INDUSTRY ???  The CASE NO. 2009 CV 0281 was Kevin J Baxter v.
