     Mark Mathys owns  Put-In-Bay Resort and there have been at least three (3) women who filed charges of Rape against him in Erie and Ottawa Counties.  These poor women did not know that the two Prosecutors in charge: Ottawa County Prosecutor James VanEerten aka Jimmy V. and Erie County Prosecutor Kevin J. Baxter aka Coke Head Kevin are as crooked as you get. KJB has a ton of ties to Put-In-Bay (Remember, the ROCKET ?) and Jimmy V. has a ton of ties to Mark Mathys. Both of these crooked and corrupt Esquires asked the Courts to RECUSE themselves from the MARK MATHYS Case.  The Ottawa County Judge Bruce Winters also asked the Courts to Recuse himself.  Jimmy V. on March 29th, 2022, the Judge Winters on April 8, 2022 and Coke Head Kevin on June 13, 2022.  The whole Case has been turned over to OHIO'S Corrupt Attorney General DAVE YOST for the purpose of covering up and cleaning up for the North Coast Boyz.  In other words, this case is going to NO WHERE LAND.  We believe this thing is bigger than the Rapes of the Women.....You Know....Little Things like the SEX, PEDOPHILE, SEX TRADE going through PEDOPHILE PARK (Cedar Point), Jerry-SANDUSKY, OHIO and the FANTASY ISLANDS.  We will be posting all the facts, evidence and the TRUTH concerning this CASE. Tingler has been named VEXATIOUS LITIGATOR of the YEAR by everyone in the Court System to stop him from exposing the TRUTH about THEM !!!  The Courts do NOT believe in FREE SPEECH.  They use terms like GAG ORDER, VEXATIOUS LITIGATOR, CRAZY, etc. to shut the Truth Tellers Down and then have the COURTs SEAL the records so that the public (you and I) don't have access to the information.      On August 8, 2023, vexatious litigator Charles Tingler filed with the Ohio Disciplinary Counsel against Ottawa Co. Prosecutor-Jimmy V., Erie Co. Prosecutor-KJB, Guernsey Co. Prosecutor Lindsey Angler and exposed others in the complaint....He wrote...The Complaint pertains to the alleged SUPPRESSION of Evidence and covering up Criminal Activities involving Sheriff Stephen Levorchick of the Ottawa County Sheriff's Department and MARK MATHYS - owner of PUT- IN- BAY RESORT.  {Again little things that Prosecutors do every day along the NORTH COAST...like Destroying Evidence, Intimidating and Coercing potential Witnesses..... and don't forget ....MURDER.}
