WE COVERED the TIMOTHY BAUMBERGER Case (or lack of one) extensively back in 2021 but to refresh the readers memory...Remember, Baumberger is/was a coach, a teacher and was employed with the Cedar Point Amusement Park in Jerry-Sandusky, Ohio. He openly admitted having sex with a 16 year African-American Male to one of City of Sandusky's Finest...He offered the young lad money for sex. After he confessed to the Detective about what he had done to the boy....He walked out of the Police Department with no charges being filed. WHY ?? You ask. Because the Erie County Prosecutor, KJB, assistant JESSICA PAULE sent an EMAIL to the Sandusky Police Department claiming ...."Just wanted to inform you that at this time our OFFICE will be CLOSING out the case against Timothy G. Baumberger due to the victim no call, no show for a meeting and no contact after multiple attempts and letter sent." This came off the 15 page report (now down to 2) written by Investigator Supp.-TROY A. Dillinger, approving officer-Dawn L. Allen and Det. K. R. Youskievcz SPD-20-007120 SEX OFFENSE. Mr. Baumberger is also the CEO and organizer of an ALL GIRLS VOLLEY BALL TEAM.......Listed below.....Are they grooming these young girls for something other than sports??? Where's all the NEWSPAPERS/T.V./etc.

Investigative-Reporter Krista Harris gave the 15 page report to the Sandusky Register, spoke with Matt Westerhold and met with one of their reporters explaining everything about Timothy G. Baumberger, over 8 months ago. Krista also gave this information to all the other MAJOR NEWS OUTLETS including Dr. Elsebeth Baumgartner around the same time. This website waited over 4 months for someone to expose this information...CRICKETS again.
The Baumberger Case is tied into the ADAM LIEB's Case ( 2021-CR-0141) in that they were both having SEX with the same 16 year old Boy. Adam Lieb was/is the Chief Probation Officer for the City of Sandusky, Ohio. The SR and staff all knew that Kevin J Baxter has already had many affidavits and testimony accusing Him of RAPE, Sexual Assault by OVER a DOZEN WOMEN so far and nothing has been done...
