CHARLES L. TINGLER has exposed more corruption in Ohio: The Supreme Court thru the Disciplinary Counsel and Ethics Committee, the B.A.R and Prosecutors Association along with the Sheriffs, Police Chiefs and other members of the Industrial Legal Cartel. We have posted the Erie County Prosecutors, KEVIN J BAXTER, Affidavit numerous times on this website but for those who haven't read it...go to the last post - Kevin Baxter = Corruption on steroids Part 2, pages 31 and 32.  Mr. Tingler has filed more evidence,  information (complaints, etc.) with the Ohio Disciplinary Counsel and Ottawa County (Ohio) Prosecutor, James VanEerten, aka Jimmy V.  It seem that Kevin J Baxter ( along with Dean Holman) filed an Affidavit in Ottawa County, Ohio,  as a disclaimer, denying that he's NOT a Liar, Thief , Crook, Rapist, Coke Head, Drug Dealer etc. before Dr. Elsebeth Baumgartner's RIGGED trial in Ottawa County. KJB's affidavit consisted of 18 points and out of those 18 points at least 15 were bold face lies.  { I grew up in the Catholic Schools and we were taught that there are SINS of Commissions and SINS of Omissions; Things we have done and things we have failed to do. And a half-truth is a whole-LIE. }  This webite/blog has already showed you that everything KJB has denied was Really TRUE and ACCURATE. Everything Kevin Baxter has accused Dr. Elsebeth Baumgartner and Krista Harris of doing .....HE DID.  KJB stated on # 5 that Dean Holman was appointed to Krista Harris's Case and KjB had nothing to do with it.. Checking things out at Krista's Arraignment ...Judge Ann Maschari was the Judge, Jack Kirwan was Krista's Attorney of Record, Probation Officer Larry Fuqua, Roger Binette and Krista's Father, Joe Harris, were also present. Let the Record show that:  Queen Ann Maschari made it quite clear at the Arraignment that she did not appoint Dean Holman to the Case. It was also NOT on the court docket....Which means KJB LIED... What happened to the witnesses at the Arraignment ??  Judge Ann Maschari was thrown out of Office (by the boyz),  Joe Harris and Jack Kirwan are dead and Larry Fiqua was Fired for being a liar and a thief according to people present at his hearing. But he got his Retirement and Health Care from the Taxpayers. What happened to Roger Binette ??  Oh yeah, he became the 4th Judge that Erie County NEVER needed. Remember, Roger the Dodger covered up for KJB for years as Head of the Drug Task Force, Now -he's throwing OUT any cases  against KJB and -- of course, his so called brother, Donald Binette, got a sweet deal by the Courts and the Prosecutors Office with having sex with under age children....It's on our website.  ALSO Judge Binette is overseeing another Case: 2022 CV 0368 against Krista Harris trying to Steal More Time, Property and Monies from the Harris Estate. Remember, Roger is KJB's Boy...got to do whatever da boss tells him to do !!!     I calculate that KJB has at least 20 convictable FELONIES on his Affidavit alone. Oh... another small matter ... LORI BROWN -Chief Assistant Disciplinary Counsel for the Ohio Supreme Court - Notorized both Kevin J Baxter's and Dean Holman's Affidavits.  Lori was the person -- supposedly -- investigating KJB, at that time, for Multiple Criminal Activities perpetrated on the Citizens of Ohio. You don't have to be an Einstein to believe that Kevin Baxter, Dean Holman and Lori Brown Colluded with each other to perpetrate a Fraud on the Courts and destroy Elsbeth Baumgarner, Krista Harris and their families lives.  All this is now in the hands of the Ottawa County Prosecutor, James VanEerten because  Charles in Charge filed a very damaging affidavit with Jimmy V.  (and Disciplinary Counsel) breaking down the felonies for the BOYZ. We will see how honest Jimmy V. really is.... When an HONEST man finds he's been mistaken, he either ceases to mistaken or ceases to be HONEST.
