According to the Erie County (OH) Court and the Erie County Sheriff's Dept. -- Amir Ashakih was picked up by U. S. Marshal Agents right dab smack in the center of (Jerry) Sandusky, Ohio.  Thanks to Krista Harris continuing to follow up on our past article and "Unlike"  the Sandusky Register, Morning Journal, WKYC, WTOL, etc.  we don't cover-up and/or sweep things under the carpet. If you have read our past articles concerning the ASHAKIH Family and their BIG SUGAR DADDY, Kevin J Baxter, you understand that KJB has been involved with Amir's Aunt Fifi -Ashakih-Lamberdt for decades and has also been using this family, and many others, in Erie County, Ohio for his personal business  (and monkey business) escapades...Back to AMIR !!!  Amir is wanted criminally and for many other Illegal activities in Lucas, Wood, Erie, Cuyahoga Counties in Ohio along with the Commonwealth of Virginia.....He didn't show up for Court in Erie Co. more than once and took off ---never to be found --- for months until this past week.   There was a Warrant for his arrest in Ohio and Virginia. AMIR has a R.A.P. Sheet almost as long as KJB's but doesn't have the Ohio B.A.R. association and elected officials as a "Protective Cover" for his Criminal Activities. Amir was wanted in Wood County, Ohio for Child Endangerment. Amir has also been busted for Coke, Fentanyl, dope, Pills, multiple credit cards and had approximately $8000.00 in Cash everytime he got pulled over.  Always driving an expensive car - not in his name - no license - with a different woman in the Vehicle. One time Amir was running away from the police (Car Chase) and ran head into another police car, totaling it. Perkins Police called the Erie County Prosecutor's after one of his other arrests and they were told to let him go. I believe it was Lilly. If you put on your Detective COLUMBO rain coat you can figure out that AMIR ASHAKIL and family is working for Big Sugar Daddy as a MULE. The cops confiscate the drugs and monies and turn it over to the Erie County Prosecutor's Office. REMEMBER, in Ohio the Prosecutor holds and controls ALL the EVIDENCE.  GET the PICTURE ???  Do you know why the U. S. Marshal Handled the Arrest ?  Because all the Legal Entities in Erie County have been compromised.

Charles L. Tingler filed criminal charges on KJB with the Ohio Supreme Court, AG's Office et al for... 1. Not properly filing the 309.16 reports to the County Commissioners and the State.  2. Misappropriating those funds and the funds from the FOJ.   3. Handling and Interfering in the Krista Harris rigged court case after KJB denied being involved. Charles filed with the Erie County Sheriff- Paul Sigsworth (less), Perkins Police Chief (thief) Jeff Musser and the Sandusky Police Chief (thief) Jared Oliver to compel them to INVESTIGATE these crimes and do their fiduciary duty for the taxpayers.  What did all three (3) of these Selected Officials do ??  Turned it over to KJB's employee Gerald Gross to investigate.  THIS is why the United States Marshal made the arrest. NO ONE KNEW Amir was in Sandusky, Ohio...Hard to believe.

AMIR ASHAKIH was scheduled for the 19th of April 2023 but didn't have a lawyer because his past lawyer TROY WISEHART withdrew from the case.  The Erie County Court rescheduled the case for the 26th of April 2023.  Other connected people to this case:  Moheb Ashakih, Mounir Ashakih, Joseph D.
